About Course

Connected Sisters is a space for soul-deep connection, real conversations, and faith-centered wellbeing.
A collaboration between BNWA (Anam Arif) and Daniela Carbone, it brings Muslim women together for reflection, remembrance, and healing.

Our first series, Chat & Chai, offers heartful discussions over a warm cup of chai — grounded in Islam, rooted in fitrah, and designed to nurture the heart, mind, and soul.

What Will You Learn?

  • 1. Faith-rooted emotional clarity
  • Understanding emotions through Qur’anic principles, Tawakkul, and divine connection.
  • 2. Healing generational patterns

  • Reframing old interpretations and creating a safer internal narrative.
  • 5. Practical tools for everyday life
  • Pause practices, conscious communication, and mindset work shaped by the combined coaching expertise of both facilitators.
