Have you ever felt completely crushed by stress, unable to assert yourself? It is a feeling that can happen at any point in one’s life, leading to internal screaming without understanding the cause. Frequently, we find ourselves stuck between two conflicting forces, such as figures of authority or parents, who control our actions and decisions.
When feeling hopeless, we may resort to pointing fingers at others for our hardships, claiming they are responsible for causing our pain. Imagine if I mentioned that this chaos could actually trigger a journey of self-awareness.

I’ve discovered that in times of rush, uncertainty, or blame, we may come across a wonderful revelation: our true identity and value. As mentioned in Sunan Abi Dawud, the Prophet (SAW) advised to be kind because kindness enhances everything and brings disgrace to nothing.
In the past, I would cry out in despair, feeling helpless and trapped. This led to various health issues like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and other serious health problems. Nevertheless, I would like to introduce a groundbreaking idea today: Practicing self-reflection can cultivate self-awareness, foster authenticity, and promote honesty, leading to improved relationships, inner healing and wellness benefits.
It’s not an easy journey, but it’s worth it. By embracing self-reflection, we can break free from pressure, find our voice, and discover our true worth.
